Last week I wore my furisode for the first time. A furisode is a type of Japanese kimono, the name litterary meaning "long sleeves". This type of kimono is worn by un-married women and young girls. Just as the name implies it this garm has longes sleeves than a 'normal' kimono, making it a bit less practical but much more gorgeous!  ( ^ w ^ )
